"Death of Mrs. Muhlenberg.
Mrs. Anna A. Muhlenberger, nee Duchman, widow of the late Dr. F. A. Muhlenberg, mother of Drs., B. S. and Frank, and of Lieut. Ed. Muhlenberg, and step-mother of the late Dr. Henry E. Muhlenberg, of this city, died, aged 73, in Reading this morning, at the residence of her step-daughter, Mrs. G. A. Nichols. She was well known in this city, of which her own and her husband's family were old residents."

Published in the Lancaster (PA) Examiner, Wednesday, 27 Apr 1881, pg. 2.

"Death of Mrs. Muhlenberg.
Word was received in Lancaster Monday of the death of Mrs. A. E. Muhlenberg, widow of the late Dr. F. A. Muhlenberg, and grandmother of Dr. H. E. Muhlenberg, of this city, which occurred Monday at the residence of her daughter, Mrs. Nichols, in Reading. Mrs. Muhlenberg has been in declining health for some time past and her death was not unexpected to her family."

From a Find A Grave "Visitor" Patti Hartman:
. . . . Under "Children" you listed Charles Phil(l)ip, which is correct, however she and Frederick Augustus Hall Muhlenberg had eight additional children: Ann Hall, Edward Duchman, Emma Elizabeth, Ellen Maria, another Ellen, William, Francis, and Rosa Amelia.

My husband and I live in a house in Lancaster, PA that was built by Frederick some time between 1833 and 1850 and we've done just a bit of research on its history, which is how I happen to have that information. We don't know if the Muhlenbergs ever actually lived in the house because Frederick had a total of 14 children (five by his first wife Elizabeth Schaum Muhlenberg) and I can't imagine that many bodies living in this house, but times were different then, so one never knows. We're hoping that eventually we'll stumble upon something that will tell us for sure whether or not the Muhlenberg family ever lived here.
