He was born December 3, 1938 in Barrington, Illinois to Frank and Elizabeth (McGill) Schwemm. He married Judith Engles on December 3, 1969 in Merrill, Wisconsin.
Donald worked for Semco for 22 years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, bowling, horsehoes and biking.
Survivors include his wife, Judith Schwemm, Merrill; two daughters, LuAnn Schwemm, Merrill, and Jean Ballmer, Merrill; four brothers, Gene Schwemm, Carpentersville, Illinois, Gordon (Joann) Schwemm, Fox River Grove, Illinois, Ronald (Marilyn) Schwemm, Las Vegas, Nevada, and Robert (Elaine) Schwemm, Crystal Lake, Illinos; nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Donald was preceded in death by his parents; one sister, Elizabeth Olson; and one brother, Wayne Schwemm.
