Frances Alice Corrigan was the daughter of Patrick Corrigan, Jr. and Mary Reilly. She died at age 87 and was the last of Patrick Corrigan, Jr.'s children, her immediate family, to die. She was in Spokane during the 1909 tragedy when her brother Patrick H. Corrigan came to Spokane, disappeared, and was found murdered a month later. Frances moved from Wisconsin to Washington about 1907 and lived with her sister and brother-in-law, Nellie and Henry Miller, in Spokane. Frances was a saleslady in a store in 1910.
Note: The birth year shown in the gravestone photo is incorrect by 27 years. She was born in 1876 as verified by her baptismal record at St. Stephen's church in Stevens Point, WI, and the 1900 and 1905 census records in Wisconsin. Apparently she understated her age as she got older, giving a birth year of 1885 on the 1910 census and a birth year of 1900 on the 1930 census. She was actually aged 87 years, 10 months, and 8 days at death.
