Patrick H. Corrigan was the son of Patrick Corrigan, Jr. and Mary Reilly. He was robbed and murdered soon after moving to Spokane, Washington. His remains were shipped back by train for burial in Portage County, Wisconsin. From Stevens Point Journal, June 5, 1909, p. 1:
"Mr. (Patrick H.) Corrigan was quiet, inoffensive, honorable and warm-hearted, ever true to his friends, and that he should meet with so untimely a death is indeed a sad blow to the relatives left to mourn."
There is also a marker for Patrick at Fairmount Memorial Park, Spokane, Washington, but that is a cenotaph.
