Original interment in United American Mechanics Cemetery (AMC), Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Remains were removed from AMC and reinterred in Philadelphia Memorial Park (cemetery), Frazer, Chester County, Pennsylvania, in 1951.

Name on death certificate listed in error as "Clarah George".
