Asa R. Brewer and Miss Kathryn M. Onken Wed at Parsonage of the Christian Council This Forenoon.
The wedding of Mr. Asa R. Brewer and Miss Kathryn M. Onken took place at the Christian parsonage this forenoon. Rev. B. Franklin Hall officiating. The bridal couple were attended by Mr. and Mrs. H. H. Bell, brother-in-law and sister of the bride.
The groom, who is engaged in the carpenter business, is the son of Mr. and Mrs. C. O. Brewer and the bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. G. H. Onken. Both are well and favorably known in this vicinity and enjoy the best wishes of a large number of friends.
The wedding party left shortly after the ceremony on an auto trip to Des Moines. On their return Mr. and Mrs. Brewer will be at home to their friends at 800 Chestnut street.
