GLOSTER - Funeral services for Mrs. Fannie Day Betz, 78, were held at 2 p.m. Wednesday in New Hope Methodist Church in Gloster.

Mrs. Betz died Monday in Lane Memorial Hospital in Zachary, La.

Survivors include her husband, Fred Betz; four daughters, Mrs. W. W. Binning, Mrs. Felder Temple, both of Baton Rouge, La., Mrs. Dale Whittington, Slaughter, Mrs. John Brown, Gloster; two sons, James Clyde Day, William Herman Day, both of Baton Rouge; three sisters, Mrs. Dutch Day, Gloster, Mrs. Bertie Craig, Columbus, Ohio, Mrs. Ruth Rollins, Little Rock, Ark.; three brothers, William Forman, Liberty, Abe and Howard Forman, both of Gloster; 16 grandchildrn, 22 great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren.

Burial was in New Hope Cemetery with Brown Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
