Mrs. Abram Billman
Mrs. Martha B. Billman, 88, who resided with her daughter, Mrs. Bernice Harding of 1543 Vine ave SW, died late Friday afternoon in Aultman Hospital.
She had been a patient in the hospital four days after fracturing her hip in a fall at the residence.
Born in Pravo, Ohio, she moved to Canton from Alliance and had been a resident here more than 34 years.
She was a member of the Bedford ave United Presbyterian Church and the Helping Hand Sunday School Class.
Her husband, Abram, preceded her in death in 1940.
Besides her daughter, survivors are a son, Jess of Lansing, Mich.; a brother, Jess G. Custer of the home, and a grandchild and four great-grandchildren.
Services will be held Monday at 1:30 p.m. in the Schneeberger funeral home with the Rev. A. M. Neale officiating. Burial will be in Forest Hill Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
