Mrs. Alice Reid, age 77, died at 4:20 o'clock yesterday afternoon at the home of her son, Harry F. Reid, 533 South Ninth street. Mrs. Reid had been ill but a few days. She was a member of the Christian church.

Surviving are three sons, George and Harry Reid, of this city, and Raleigh Reid, of Columbus, O., a daughter, Mrs. Mason Byer, of this city, five grandchildren and five great grandchildren..

Funeral services will be held at 2 o'clock Sunday afternoon at the home of Harry Reid, with the Rev. A. L. Stamper, pastor of the first Christian church, officiating. Burial will be in Earlham cemetery.

Friends may call from 2 to 5 o'clock this afternoon and from 7 to 9 o'clock.
