Katherine Lust Dies at Hospital; Rites Wednesday--Mrs. James Arthur (Katherine) Lust, 84, of Reasnor, a lifelong resident of Jasper County, died at 1:30 a.m. today at Skiff Memorial Hospital.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Morga-Loehr Funeral Home. The Rev. Lawrence Athey, retired Methodist minister, will conduct the services. Burial will be in Hewitt Cemetery, near Reasnor.
Friends may call at the funeral home after Tuesday noon.
Mrs. Lust was a member of the Methodist Church and the JOC class.
She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Allen Brain of Newton; three grandsons; and a sister, Mrs. Martha Lust of Reasnor.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; a son and daughter.
The daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Walter Earp, she was born Aug. 17, 1879 near Galesburg. She was educated in Jasper County Schools. She was married to James Arthur Lust Feb. 26, 1902.
