Rites Held Here For George Mueller -
Funeral services were held Friday, November 22 at 2 p.m. at Greenway Funeral Home for a former Palmer business man, George Mueller. Mr. Mueller died November 20 in the St. Paul hospital at the age of 70 years. Pastor Al Bratton of the Palmer United Methodist Church officiated.

George Mueller, son of August and Dora Muchow Mueller was born May 20, 1904 at Palmer, Nebraska. He grew to manhood in Palmer and received his education in the Palmer Schools. He was married to Blanche Johnson in September of 1930.

He operated a service station in Palmer for many years. He later moved to Scotia, where he operated a package liquor store and later operated a star mail route until his retirement.

He is survived by his son, Roger of Grand Island, two granddaughters and a sister, Mrs. Louise Grafius of Sedalia, Mo.
