Leavitt, Chicago, Ill., beloved husband of the late Martha; fond brother of Anthony of Italy, Carmen of Australia; several nieces and nephews in Italy and the Calumet region. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, Jan. 12, 1972 at 9:30 a.m. from Huber's Funeral Home, 925 W. Chicago, East Chicago, Ind. and 10 a.m. from Immaculate Conception Church, Rev. Father Joseph Pusaterui, officiating. Interment Queen of Heaven Cemetery. Veteran of World War I and retiree of the Wonder Bread Co. and the Illinois Bell Telephone Co.
