Husband of Alta B. (Raaf) Dennison (1877-1961). First wife was Lucinda (Funnell) Dennison Clapp (1874-1961). He married Lucinda on February 6, 1897 in Wayne County, Iowa and they had two daughters. Lucinda and Otto were divorced and then Otto married Alta on October 20, 1906 in Spencer County, Indiana. He had four children with Alta. His children with Lucinda were Mable Marie (Dennison) Hampton (1897-1977) and Hazel Julia (Dennison) Bamford (1900-1983). His children with Alta were: William Alden, Mary Helen, Louise and Bernadine Dennison. Otto was the adopted son of James Stuart Dennison and Harriet Jane (Lesan) Dennison. He was the brother of Ella May (Dennison) Shurtz Morris.
