UPDATE 2.13.12~ Some of the record books in the cemetery office are so old and dated they were hard to make out. The cemetery lists her name as RAFFEL(the only first name there) SEPEO...We knew it was our great grandmom because it called her a "she"...age 40, from Italy and was a housewife.

The above is my Maternal Great grandmother on my mom Anna DiSandro's side. My mom's grandmother. She died at the age of 40...At moms family's request, her great grandaughter...Rosemary DiSandro (my baby sister) is buried in the same cemetery.
My Grandmom Josephine DeFeo Shavatt named my mom after her own mom...but moms sibbling's could not say the name "Raffaela" and would call her "Anna" so that became her official name throughout her life...
