Mrs. Tom Scarborough of St. Paul died last Friday evening after being very ill for about ten days following a stroke. (Funeral details followed). Burial was made in the Palmer cemetery, by the side of her late husband who passed away three years ago last winter.

Pall bearers were nephews, Clifford, Harry and Harold Scarborough, grandsons, Byron and Wayne Scarborough and Eugene Lingford.

Mrs. Scarborough reached the age of 76 years, 1 month and 19 days. She and her family had resided in Gage Valley for many years, and in recent years she made her home in St. Paul. She is survived by ten children: Newman, William, Albert and Fred of St. Paul, Doris and Clarence of Gibbon, Ira of Elm Creek, Lynn of St. Libory, Joe of Grand Island, and Mrs. Merle Helser of California. Two brothers and two sisters survive: Perry Gage and Mrs. F. R. Linderman of Central City, Sarah Lint and Will Gage of Peetz, Colorado. A large number of other relatives and friends are left to mourn her passing.
