Survived by sons, Elroy and Charles; daughters, Gail Roberts and Joyce Weiscopf; five granddaughters; five great-grandchildren. She passed away at Kuakini Hospital surrounded by her family. She was born May 22, 1924, in Honolulu, to Lily and Albert Bailey. The 5th of 6 children, her brother and sisters have preceded her in death.
She was a graduate of Farrington High School. During World War II, she met and married Ernest Watson Roberts of GA. She will be laid to rest beside him at Punchbowl Cemetery.
Lillie worked for Sheraton Hotels for 26 years, retiring in 1983 from Sheraton Waikiki, as Housekeeping supervisor.
She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She is survived by sons Elroy (Kara) of UT, and Charles; daughters, Gail Roberts and Joyce Weiscopf, 5 granddaughters, Kory (Duane) Moore of CO, Elorie (Mike) Roberts-Gregg and Tara Lei Kew of UT, Erin Weiscopf and Leslie Roberts of Honolulu, 2 great granddaughters, 3 great grandsons, cousins, nieces and nephews, grandnieces and nephews.
