Sam L. Abrams, 66 of North Fort Myers, died Monday, January 20, 1997. He had resided in this area for the past 44 years, and was a member of Elks Lodge #2742, Am Vets Post #81, American Legion Post #336, VFW Post #10127, Eagles Aerie #4270 and the MOOSE.
Surviving are his wife of 42 years Frances; five sons: Michael, Richard, John, Jeff and Donald: three daughters Donna Payton, Patricia Marlin and Lisa Abrams; his mother Pearl Schwab; one sister Iris Finger, three brothers Frank Abrams, Jr., Norman Abrams and Billie Abrams; 16 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 25, 1997 at 11 a.m., at the North Fort Myers Memorial Funeral Home. The family will receive friends one hour prior to time of
service.
