Funeral services for Mary Frances Jones, 63, a resident of Cookeville, will be held Monday at 2 p.m. at Whitson Funeral Home. Mary Jones, who was a housewife, died at Cookeville General Hospital on Saturday, May 3, 1986.
Born in Putnam County, she was a member of the Washington Avenue Baptist church, the Eastern Star Cookeville Chapter 152. She was the daughter of the late Elzie and Etta Speakman Bilyeu.
The Eastern Star chapter will hold a memorial service for
Mrs. Jones tonight at 7 p.m.
Her family includes her husband Jack; sister, Arietta Williams; and brother, Edward Bilyeu, all of Cookeville.
Dr. Bob Ward will officiate at the services, and burial will be in Cookeville City cemetery.
