The death of Mrs. Elizabeth Esther Tullis McCabe of Kahoka, Missouri, occurred Sunday night at 11:04 o’clock at the home of her daughter, Mrs. William Heald in Ft. Madison, Iowa. She had been ill for three weeks.

Seventy-eight years of age, she was born on April 8, 1960, in West Point, Iowa, but had been but had been a resident of Clark County since 1890.

She was a member of the M. E. Church in Luray, Missouri.

Surviving are ten sons and five daughters, Wallace E. and Silas C. McCabe of Ft. Madison; Levin T. and Leslie L. of Luray, Missouri; Albert L. of Atlanta, Nebraska; Mark T. and Thomas P. of North Platte, Nebraska; Arthur E. of Pine Bluffs, Wyoming; Chester C. of Murphysboro, Illinois; Cecil B. of Revere, Missouri; Mrs. Herbert L. Hume of Kahoka; Mrs. William Heald of Ft. Madison, Iowa; Mrs. Roy Harris of Memphis, Missouri; Mrs. Charles Fairbrother of Dallas City and Mrs. E. R. Prasch of Chicago, There was also a brother, Albert Tullis of Springfield, Illinois; 28 grandchildren; and 13 great grandchildren. Two brothers and a sister preceded her in death.

Funeral services will be held at 2 o’clock Wednesday afternoon from the M. E. Church at Luray, Missouri, with the Rev. and Mrs. W. E. Longden of the Pentacostal Assembly of God of Ft. Madison in charge. Burial will be in the Combs Cemetery.
