Charles Edward Goins died on April 22, 1991. He was 53. Cryptside services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday in Mountain View Cemetery with Pastor James Healy presiding. Mr. Goins was born on January 19, 1938 in Eureka Springs, Arkansas to Absolem and Frances Nadine (Dillow) Goins. He was a ranch hand and a member of Gladstone Nazarene Church. He is survived by his wife, Carol; his daughters, Tammy Bennett and Francie Bailey, both of Portland; his mother, Nadine Goins of West Linn; his brother, David Allen Goins of West Linn; and three grandchildren. Hillside Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
