A private inurnment service will be held at the Delavan Cemetery, with Pastor Bob Strom officiating. There will be no viewing or visitation as per Mrs. Wiggans' request. The Penwell-Gabel Funeral Home, Herington Chapel, is assisting the family with arrangements.
Mrs. Wiggans was a homemaker and help her husband with their Dairy Farm for many years. She was known for raising Quails, known as the Quail Lady to many. She was a caregiver, and enjoyed her family, especially her grand & great- grandchildren. She graduated from Delavan High School with the class of 1942.
She is survived by two (2) daughters: Charlene Riffel (husband-Kenneth) and Sharon Nelson (husband-Steve), and Roy Wiggans, III, all of the Delavan area; and seven (7) grandchildren; and seven (7) great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by three (3) brothers: John Preston "Uncle Red" Cunningham, Thomas "Tom" Cunningham, and Don "Sandy" Cunningham; two (2) sisters: Helen Burns, and Bernice Yakle; and her parents.
