OBITUARY
Mrs. Wall Passed Away

Mrs. Addie Wall, wife of Judge Aaron Wall at her home in Loup City early Tuesday morning, June 17, 1924. Death was no doubt due to heart trouble. Mrs. Wall had been enjoying her usual good health the previous day and on retiring that night made no complaints. Early Tuesday morning Mr. Wall arose and went to the kitchen, started a fire and got things well along toward breakfast. When he went in to inquire whether she wanted any breakfast and she made no reply and on closer examination it was discovered that she had passed away and all evidences are that life had left her only a short time before. She quietly went to sleep, the way she deserved go, after living a long useful life.

Mrs. Wall was born in July 1839 and died on June 17, 1924 being 85 years of age at the time of her death.

She was married to Judge Wall in 1874 in Saline County, later moving to Sweetwater and came to Loup City in October 1877 where she has lived continuously ever since. Mrs. Wall was married previously to this marriage and two children being born Mr. George Brill and Mrs. Minnie Johansen, both of Loup City.

The funeral services will be held this afternoon. Mrs. Johansen has been visiting in California and stopped in Wyoming to visit her son on her return trip and the news of her mother’s death was not received until late Wednesday afternoon and she arrived home Thursday evening.

Mrs. Wall was a woman whose ambition was to cheer the home, which was her greatest joy. She united with the Methodist church in her early days and went peacefully to sleep at the close of a useful life.
