Miss Susan Adela Grove, daughter of the late Daniel Locher and Margaret Catherine Shaffer grove, died at her home in Sharpsburg Sunday morning. Miss Grove was educated at Patapso Institute, and after leaving the institute, she opened a private school for young women in Frostburg, where she taught the higher branches of English, Music, Latin and tapestry. She taught there for a number of years, and then returned to her home in Sharpsburg.
Surviving are two sisters; Miss Marion Grove and Mrs William Franklin Blackford, both of Sharpsburg and one brother, Phillip Grove. Funeral services will be conducted at the home Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock with Rev Walter McKinley officiating. Burial in Mountain View Cemeetry.
