MILES DEVOSS DIES FROM HEART ATTACK
Miles DeVoss, 64, resident of Villisca and Stanton vicinities many years, died of a heart attack about 11:30 a.m. Tuesday at his home nine miles northwest of Villisca.
Mr. DeVoss had been in ill health for some time and after he went to feed some of his stock Tuesday forenoon and did not return to the house as soon as she expected him, Mrs. DeVoss went to look for him. He found him lifeless in the feed yard.
The body was brought to the Wolfe Funeral Home to await the funeral which will be held Friday at 2 p.m. in the Methodist Church. Interment will be in the Arlington Cemetery.

Mrs. Julia Hedstron received the sad news Tuesday that her brother-in-law, Miles Devoss had suddenly passed away at his home northwest of Villlsca. Funeral was held Friday afternoon in Villisca. Friends extend sympathy.
