On Tuesday, Stephen Arnold of Adams County, aged 15, blew into the muzzle of an old gun with the usual result, the ramrod slipped from the trigger, the gun was discharged, and its contents entered his mouth, shattering his teeth, and passed into his brain, causing instant death.
