1931 - 2010
Ida Belle Hay Tussey, 78, of Grayson, Ky, went to be with her Lord on July 23,2010, at the Community Hospice Care Center in Ashland, Ky.
She was born October 15, 1931, in Maize, Ky, a daughter of the late George and Elizabeth Hay.
Ida Belle was a member of the Straight Creek Freewill Baptist Church.
She was also preceded in death by her husband, Fred C. Tussey, Sr. in 1982, two children, Inez May and an infant daughter; two brothers, John Barker and Dewey Hay, five sisters, Paralee Collier, Lessie Baker, Mary Caudill, Evelyn Withrow and Verna Bair, one grand child and two great-grand children.
Her survivors include: four sons, Fred C. and wife Pam Tussey, Jr. of Rush, Ky, Donald W. and wife SueTussey of Cannonsburg, Ky, John and wife Tonia Tussey of Grayson, Ky, and Glen and wife Candi Tussey of Middleville, Michigan, five daughters, Barbara (Kenny) Ratcliff of Denton, Nadine (Rocky) Cains of Denton, Joan (John) Marcum of Denton, Cindy (Joe) Harris of Randolph, KA, and Rhonda (Lloyd) Miller of Denton, one sister, Jewell Boggs of Grayson; one special niece, Lettie Burton of Grayson; one sister-in-law, Nina Miller of Denton; 19 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren four step grand, 11step great grand children, and one great-great-grandchild.
Funeral services were conducted, July 25, at Malone Funeral Home with Kenny Day and Lester Bowling, ministers.
Burial was in the East Carter County Memory Gardens.
