MRS. AASEN DIES SUDDENLY
Mrs. Agatha Kjerstene Aasen of Manchester was taken to the Naeve hospital Saturday suffering from a severe case of appendicitis. An operation was performed but death resulted shortly afterwards.
Mrs. Aasen was sick only a short time but the operation was delayed until the breaking of the appendix.
The deceased was sixty-five years of age and was well known in the northwest part of the county.
She was formerly Agatha Mark of Northwood, Iowa.
Besides her husband she leaves six children; Carl, a resident of Manchester; John who works the home farm; Helena, wife of Theodore Opshal, a clergyman; Sererine, Ida and Olga.
The funeral will take place Tuesday afternoon from the West Freeborn church and interment will be made at the church cemetery.
