Libolt was on his way to Howells from North Arlington, N.J., returning to their home, his brother and sister-in-law, who had spent a week with him in New Jersey. Another brother, David, who had accompanied them, was in a nearby garage when the accident occurred.
On January 13, 1917, Daniel Libolt was married to Miss Emma Langfritz at Cadosia, N.Y., who survives him with two children, Susie and Daniel, Jr., at home; two sisters and three brothers also survive: Olive J., wife of Saul Clouse, of Middletown; Della, wife of Lloyd Nichols, of Hancock; John, of Louisville, Ky.; Willard, of Winterton, and David, of North Arlington, N.J.
The funeral will be held Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the home of his sister, Mrs. Saul Clouse, 303 East Main street, Middletown, the Rev. G. A. Fechner officiating. Burial will be in Phillipsport.
