Mary Josephine Lemmer, 72 years old, died at the residence, 1311 South Seventeenth street, Friday morning, 28 Jul 1939,at 10:30 o'clock. She is survived by the husband George Lemmer; a daughter, Mrs. Elizabeth Bastain of Vincennes; two sons, Fred of Terre haute and Ray of Evansville; 10 grandchildren, including Mrs. Kenneth Mann of Terre Haute, and nine great-grandchildren. Mrs. Lemmer was a member of the auxiliary of the G. A. R. and a member of the Montrose church. The body was taken to the Gillis funeral home.
