Mrs. Fanny Anderton Dies At Landersville

Mrs. Fanny Bell Anderton, 82, died at her home, route one, Landersville, Monday at 3:50, after a seven week illness.

Mrs. Anderton is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Wilburn Hurst, Town Creek, route one; and Mrs. W. C. Summmers, Sheffield; three sons, J. F. Anderton, Russellville; Fred Anderton, Sheffield; and Clyde Anderton, Landersville, route one; one sister, Mrs. Vergie Guttry, Carbon Hill; 12 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.

Mrs. Anderton was a member of the Methodist Church.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 1 o'clock at Sanderson Chapel in Lawrence County with Rev. O. E. Henkle officiating. Burial will follow at Hard Shell Cemetery in Lawrence County near Hatton. Grandsons will serve as bearers.
