She was born November 30, 1909 in Fayette, Utah to Orson Harvey and Mary Taysom Pierce. She married Floyd McPherson September 16, 1925 in Nephi, Utah. Marriage later solemnized in the Manti LDS Temple.
Survived by her two daughters and their husbands, Bonnie Jean (Howard) Martin of Nephi; LeAnna (Dennis) Christensen of Salt Lake City; two grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; and three step-great grandchildren; four sisters, Pearl Ault, Lucille Shepherd, Faye Allred, and Leatrice Sandor. Preceded in death by three brothers and two sisters.
Burial in the Vine Bluff Cemetery, Nephi, Utah.
