Mary Kerr was the second wife of Noah Harding. They were married on February 26, 1823 in Green County, Kentucky. They had two daughters together.

I, ARMSTRONG KERR, of Green County, do make this my last will etc...First, debts to be paid. 2nd I give my wife, MARY KERR the tract of land where we lived together with the mansion house, also the land I purchased of AARON HARDING. So that both tracts could be cultivated together. All of my stock of hogs, sheep and choice of three horses, all of my household and kitchen furniture, farming tools and grain of every kind to my wife. Also my 6 shares of the slaves belonging to the estate of HENRY ROBINSON dec'd. All of this to my wife until her death or remarriage. At her death or remarriage to descend to my children and my wife at her remarriage to be restricted to her dower. Third, my cash if any to be divided equally among my children namely; MARY HARDING, JANE SHERILL, LOUISIANA LIVELY or their children. I appoint my sons' in law THOMPSON SHERILL AND WASHINGTON LIVELY executors to my last will and testament.
