"Inda G. Brush of Livingston Manor, a homemaker and lifetime resident of the area, died Wednesday, September 9 in Community General Hospital in Harris. She was 79. The daughter of Claude and Cora Wormuth Peets, she was born October 19, 1918 in Cadosia. She was the widow of Harman Brush. Survivors included two sons, Barry Brush of Callicoon and Cort Brush of Long Eddy; three daughters, Minnie Devoe of Livingston Manor, Juanita Minckler of Long Eddy and Penny Kearney of Tampa, FL; one sister, Irma Felter of Fishs Eddy; 14 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by one
son, James Brush, and one sister, Wanda Mason. Funeral services were held at the Herbert C. Bryant Funeral Home in Livingston Manor. The Rev. James M. Souza officiated. Burial was in Halsey Cemetery in Long Eddy."
