This is, in fact, Janice Carol Young Keeton. I am not sure why the headstone says James Carl. Per all census records and the Texas Deaths and Burials, 1903-1973, Film number 1617385, Page 513, this is Mrs. James Carl Keeton, which is really still messed up, as her husband's name was not James Carl. Maybe she was old and they could not understand her. I do not know. But I know her name was Janice Carol.
It even lists her as female and parents as T J Young and S E Roberts.
