A native of Pennville, he had resided at Fish Lake, Mich, since 1957, moving there from Ridgeville.
Surviving are his wife, Chloe; one son, Jerry, Michael Wood, Centreville, Mich., one brother, Cecil Wood, Uniom Cty; and one granddaughter.
Services will be conducted at 1 p.m. at Rexrode-Rosenburg Funeral Home, Sturgis, Mich. Burial will be in Nottawa Cemetery, east of Centreville, Mich..
