Cecil D. Woods, 79, died Sunday in Randolph Nursing Home.
He was retired from the Pennsylvania Railroad.

Carolynn Hines, Winchester, Linda Yount, and Joyce
Lee, Union City, Jackie Hunley, Halls, Tenn,,
Margaret Ashley, Marilyn Hale, and Nancy Osborne,
Portland, Lucille Hummer of Pennville, Susan Young,
Florida and Betty Rogers, Greenville, Ohio; a son
Larry Woods, Winchester, 43 grandchildren, an 20
great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday in Walker
Funeral Home. Burial will be in Lawndale Cemetery.
Rev. John Downs will officiate.
