Obituary:"From an Old Friend
One of our old friends, Frank Akins, bid this old world farewell Monday, the 29th. He was an old resident of Adair County, and was one of our most honorable citizens, and we hate to give him up. The home is indeed a sad one, and hope the Lord will be with them, in this hour of grief. He has raised two boys to be men of their own, both being honorable citizens in their communities. He leaves a broken hearted wife and the two sons and a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his death. He was buried on the 30th at 1:30 p.m., and was largely attended."
