FINAL DECREE FOR THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF NANCY M. ROBINSON, DECEASED 8 FEBRUARY 1924----In The County Court of Kay County, State Of Oklahoma, In the Matter of the Last Will and Testament of Nancy M. Robinson, deceased. FINAL DECREE, This matter coming on to be heard this 8th day of February 1924, having hereto fore been regularly set for hearing upon this date, and it appearing to the court on satisfactory proofs and the evidence that the necessary expenses of funeral, of last sickness of said deceased and of administration of said estate have been fully paid and that all debts existing against said deceased or allowed by the court pursuant to law have been fully paid and satisfied and that said estate has been fully administered as shown by the Final Account of Mary Brazelton, executrix of said last will and testament duly audited and allowed by this court pursuant to due notice given, reference being had thereto, and that said estate is ready for distribution.

The court finds that due notice of the application for this Final Decree has been given to all persons thereto entitled by law and as by law provided in this case.

The court further finds that there is no inheritance tax due upon this estate.

The court further finds that the said Nancy M. Robinson, died testate, leaving a will dated February 6th, 1923, which was duly admitted to probate in the Cournty Court of Kay County, Oklahoma, on the 6th day of September, 1923, as the last will and testament of said Nancy M. Robinson, deceased.

The court further finds that under the second paragraph of said will that the said Nancy M. Robinson, deceased, devised and bequeathed all property of whatsoever kind of which she might die possessed to her children, Mary Brazelton, Lettie Courtney, W. J. Robinson, Nettie Horton, Lula Williams and Alice Nash, share and share alike.

The court further finds that all debts against said estate have been fully paid and that due notice to creditors has been given as by law required and that the balance of said estate consists of the following described property to-wit:

One note of Mrs. Homer Williams, (who is the same person as Lula Williams, devised in the above will), date Mary 17th, 1921 for the sum of $200, upon which there is due at this time the some of $205.81; one note of Lettie Courtney, dated November 19th, 1921, upon which there is now due the sum of $262.20; one note of Nettie Horton, dated July 29th, 1922, upon which there is now due the sum of 245.06; one note of Mary Brazelton, dated August 4th, 1923, upon which there is now due $102.05; one note of Alice Nash, dated February 17th, 1921, upon which there is now due $317.73; or a total amount due upon said note of $1,132.85. That the amount due upon said notes shall be added to the balance remaining in the hands of the said executrix as shown by her Final report herein, that is the sum of $691.29, making the total assets of said estate at this time. $1,824.14.

The court finds that the costs in this case have not been paid and that said costs amount to the sum of $28.70, which amount should be deducted from said assets, leaving the total assets of said estate after the payment of the costs, $1,795.44.

The court finds that all of said note makers above mentioned are legatees under the will of the said Nancy M. Robinson, deceased and that the executrix instead of collecting said notes and then distributing said amount should surrender the notes to the said legatees.

The court finds that under the terms of the second paragraph of the will of the said Nancy M. Robinson, deceased, that the above assets of said estate should be equally divided between said children therein mentioned, that is, each one should receive one sixth, (1/6) which would amount to $299.24. That said estate should be by said executrix distributed in the following manner:

Mary Brazelton, the sum of $197.19, and the surrender of the above described note:
Lettie Courtney the sum of $37.04, and the surrender of the above note:

J. Roberson, County Judge.
