She was born May 5, 1933, in Paulding County, the daughter of Arthur and Elsie (Hart) Harrow. In 1952, she married Joseph Hale, who survives. She was a homemaker.
Also surviving are three sons, Steven (Nancy) of Sherwood, Kirk (Kelly) of Northport, Ala. and James (Karen), Latty; a brother, Jim (Diane) Harrow, Cecil; two sisters, Joann (Max) Pease of Latty and Marjorie (Clayton) Howell, Paulding; and 11 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Preceding her in death were her parents; a son, Robert; a brother, Richard Harrow; and a sister, Mary Louise Grindstaff.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday in DenHerder Funeral Home, Paulding, with Pastor Mary Beth Smith-Webb officiating. Burial will be in Pleasant Grove Cemetery, Paulding. Visitation is from 2-8 p.m. Monday and after 10 a.m. Tuesday.
