Flavius J. Coe died suddenly at his home in South Livonia, Tuesdey of last week. He was apparently in his usual health and had just come into the home and was as warming himself, when he suddenly fell to the floor and expired. Heart disease is given as the cause. Mr. Coe was one of the oldest and beat known citizens of this county, a genial, happy disposition man, with a host of warm personal friends who will sincerely mourn his demise. Mr. Coe was born at South Livonia, and nearly his entire life had been passed in that section. He represented the town on the board of supervisors during the years 1887-88-89-90-91, succeeding F. M. Linsley and was considered one of the best representatives the town ever had. He was a shrewd business man, and through his frugality and keen foresight had accumulated a large property. He leaves one brother, A. D. Coe of Conesus and one sister, Mrs. P. G. Frutchey of South Livonia.
