HARVEY J. HILLYER SR, 74, of Live Oak, formerly of Tampa, died Thursday in Live Oak. A native of Tampa, he moved to Live Oak four years ago from St. Petersburg. He was a retired warrant officer with the U.S. Air Force, and a retired supervisor for St. Petersburg Utilities Department. He was a member of North-East Park Baptist Church in St. Petersburg; Northside Masonic Lodge 283; Eastern Star ADAH 219; past patron, 32nd Degree Mason, St. Petersburg; Scottish Rites, St. Petersburg; and Shriners of St. Petersburg. He is survived by his wife, Adel; two sons, Harvey J. of Savannah, Ga., and Walter E. of Stanley, N.C.; and four grandchildren.
