Mattie Phillips, 94, Passed away at Oceanville Nursing and rehabilitation Center New Smyrna Beach, Florida. She was born in Sullivan County, Tennessee to William Clinton and Sarah Angeline Ketron McNutt. In 1999, she moved to Florida from Bristol, Tennessee.
Music, gardening and flowers were among her favorite hobbies.
She is survived by her sons Richard (Wife Catherine) of Edgewater and Fey W. of New Smyrna Beach. Her husband Howard and son Marshall Evans preceded her in death. Services were held at Settle-Wilder Funeral Home and Creamation Service, New Smyrna Beach. Her ashes are interred beside her husband.
