This Is My Mom`s Father. Born in a log cabin. Husband of Ethel Elizabeth Henneinke McNutt. Father of Barbara Ann McNutt Ray and William Frederick McNutt. While working in Chicago, he met Paul B. Elder who convinced him to move to Bryan, Ohio and come to work for him at his company, Paul B. Elder Pharmacueticals. He was also employed at Hawk and Sons clothing store in Bryan. Among the many fine things that he did was help see to it that we had new back to school clothes every year. His hobbies included the large garden he and my grandmother planted every year and traveling to visit with his relatives in Virginia, Tennessee and Illinois. He had a great sense of humor, and was always willing to help someone when they needed it. He is thought of and greatly missed by our family to this day.
