Mrs. Jennie Throckmorton Breese, aged 74 years, died suddenly at 1:50 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 5, 1945, at her home in Sycamore, R. D. 1. She was the wife of Frank Breese.

She was a daughter of the late Wesley and Catherine Braden Throckmorton and was born in Center Township on October 24, 1871. She had lived her entire life in the home where she died. She was a member of the Throckmorton Methodist Church.

The deceased was united in marriage with Frank Breese 53 years ago. To this union were born 11 children, 7 of whom are living, namely: Mrs. Harry M. Johnston, Cameron Star Route; Mrs. Floyd R. (Frances M.) Conklin, Sycamore, R. D. 1; Mrs. James A. (Sarah) Crouse, Ninevah, R. D. 1; Mrs. Layton (Ivy) Crouse, Ninevah; Mrs. John Barton, and Mrs. Harl Conkey, both of Waynesburg, R. D. 4; and James F. Breese, at home. In addition to her husband and children she leaves a brother James R. Throckmorton, of Waynesburg; 33 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. One brother and one sister are deceased.
