Charles Kyle was born 1760 in County Tyrone, Ulster, Ireland.
Son of William and Mary Kyle. Charles married his cousin, Mary Jean Kyle, on Jan 6, 1797 in Rockingham County, Virginia.

Charles Kyle deeded for $1.00, the land to the Tabernacle Church in Black Mountain, North Carolina, and joined the church in 1848. He died in 1853 in Black Mountain, North Carolina.

Charles Kyle died in 1850. In Buncombe County Wills and Estates, dated 10 October 1850, John Kyle, oldest son, paid $300 as bond to administrate the estate of Charles Kyle, deceased. The folder reads, "Charles Kyle, deceased 1850." Charles Kyle is NOT shown in 1850 census which was taken in that area in July, 1850. He apparently died between January 1,1850 and early July, 1850.
