Services will be Saturday at 2 p.m. at the Summers Funeral Home with Rev. R. E. Dowden officiating. Burial will be in the Crest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be from 7-9 p.m. Friday.
Mrs. Williams was born in Wabash County on July 9, 1900, the daughter of Grant and Isabelle (Keen) Higgins. She married Rolla Williams on June 25, 1918 and he survives.
She was a member of the Elm Street Christian Church, a member of the Senior Citizens Kitchen Band, and a former member of the Berryville Willing Workers Club.
Other survivors include a son, Grant, West Salem; a daughter, Mrs. E. Dale (Rachel) Jackson, Joshua, Texas; a sister, Bessie Holsen, Sumner; seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and three brothers.
