Cruel death has shrouded the portals of another home. During last Friday night, after an illness of two weeks, Jennie James, departed this life, in her 25th year. Her remains were interred in Helt's Prairie Cemetery, Rev. McDaniel officiating. She was indeed an amiable woman, kind, quiet, and peaceful, being very highly esteemed by all who knew her.

Jennie James, wife of Henry James, of Helt township, and a daughter of John S. Anderson, died at an early hour last Saturday morning, after an illness of only 3 days, and was buried in the afternoon of the same day at Helt's Prarie Cemetery. She was about 25 years of age, and a most excellent lady. She had the esteem and respect of everybody.
