WM. PEARCE HAWLEY DIES
William Pearce Hawley, brother of Jacob C. Hawley of Oasis died in Salt Lake City, Tuesday at the advanced age of seventy-nine. Mr. Hawley had formerly lived in Millard County where he was First Counselor to the Bishop of the Oasis Ward and at the time of his death, a member of the Priests Quorum in Salt Lake City. He was the oldest son of William and Nancy McBride Hawley. He was engaged in the contracting business for some years in Salt Lake City. He is survived by his widow and the following children, Mrs. Edna Poulsen, Holden; G.E. Hawley, Venice, Cal.; E.M. Hawley, Santa Ana, Cal.; Mrs. Ethel Neeley, Washington, D.C.; Mrs. Edith Koilliker, Salt Lake City, Mrs. Evelyn Rattazza, Eureka, Nevada and Mrs. Alto Worley, Los Angeles. And by two sisters, Mrs. Wm. Jenkins of Provo and Mrs. Pearl Brown of Seattle, Washington. There are 28 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.
