A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Our Lady
of Prompt Succor Catholic Church in Golden Meadow for Vivian Terrebonne Lefort,
86, a native and resident of Golden Meadow, who died April 6, 1998.
Visitation will be 9 to 11 a.m. Wednesday at the church.
Burial will be at the church cemetery.
She was the mother of Ellis Jr. and Parish Lefort; and sister of Alidore
Terrebonne. She is also survived by four grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her husband Ellis Lefort Sr.; parents, Anatole and
Victoria Gambarella Terrebonne; son, Norman Lefort; brothers, Alzee, Gilbert and
Parish Terrebonne; sisters, Aldoriede and Rosie Jean Anselmi; half-brother,
Laurance and Jacaque Terrebonne; and half-sisters, Clemence F. Guidry and Alcida
Terrebonne.
She was a parishioner of Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church.
