Lillian "T-Yan" C. St. Pierre, 92, a native of Golden Meadow and resident of Galliano, died Wednesday, Feb. 21, 2007.
Visitation will be from 5 to 10 p.m. today and from 9 a.m. to funeral time Friday at Samart-Mothe Funeral Home in Cut Off. Mass will be at 1:30 p.m. Friday at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church in Golden Meadow, with burial in Cheramie Cemetery.
She is survived by two sons, Douglas St. Pierre and Gilbert St. Pierre Sr.; two daughters, Elta St. Pierre and Diana Hebert; 17 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and seven great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Wilfred St. Pierre; her parents, Joseph Ovide Cheramie and Eulalie Callais Cheramie; three sons, Wilfred St. Pierre Jr., Tony St. Pierre and Steven St. Pierre Sr.; one grandson, Steven St. Pierre Jr.; six brothers, Walzie, Vories, Clovis, Louis, Torris and Duroc Cheramie; and three sisters, Helane Felarise, Hazel Terrebonne and Lelia Cheramie.
She was Catholic.
